Q: Will I be banned by Google for using your service?
A: Frankly it is doubtful. You have to think of it like this…if a site could get de-indexed that easily…everyone would be building mass links to competitors they wanted to knock out of the picture. It is possible if your site is new to receive a penalty. But a few manual links with descent PR from social bookmarking, or blog commenting will remove the penalty in most circumstances rather quickly. In most cases since the links are not pinged after they are created, they are found gradually. You may however see your site disappear for a bit from the SERPS but that is common. Many people refer to it as the “Google Dance” in Internet Marketing.
Q: How long does it take to complete my order?
A: Normally we can complete an order within 7 days however it can take up to 12 working days (Mon-Fri) (not counting Saturdays, Sundays and legal non working holidays in the U.S.) . The total number of days will depend on the number of current packages we have ahead of your submissions; as it is done on a first come first serve basis. However, normally it is no longer than 12 days.
Q: Can I get a refund if I do not like your service?
A: No! You can not. This is a service, not a tangible product and once you order you have contracted with us to perform this service for you. At our sole discretion we may refund, if we did not complete your transaction within the time frame of from 7 to 12 working business days only. Saturdays, Sundays and legal non working U.S. holidays, Do Not Count As A Work Day.
Q: Can I use anchor text?
A: Most of the links are profiles on forums. What this means is…some will have a signature option that is viewable in the profile page. Those will have anchor text. The ones that do not have a signature option will not. So it is basically random as far as how many you get with anchor text and how many are straight url links.
Q: Can I choose what anchor text is shown for each URL?
A: No it is completely randomized. So you need to make sure that the keywords you pick are relevant to all URLs you submit. This also helps reduce the footprint that could be left from every URL using the same exact anchor text.
Q: Do you guarantee your service?
A: We guarantee the profile links will be created. We do not guarantee you links will move your site up in the Search Engine rankings. We have no control over how well the destination URLs you send are created. We have no control over the niche you are targeting. We have no control over your keyword selection… So we guarantee the profile links will be created, and that you will receive the list of all the profile URLs.
Q: When I go to some of the links in the report I received from MakeBackLinks.com, it says I need to be logged in to view this. So how does Google see it as a backlink?
A: Forum software has settings that allow it to treat webcrawlers as registered users. Meaning they do not need to login to see everything on the site and index it.
Q. When I do a random check of the report you sent to me, of the list of sites you sent my URL/keywords too, I’m not seeing my url’s. What is going on?
A. One of the reasons we over deliver on the total number of links we provide for you, is to make sure you get the number of links you purchased. During our initial testing and sporadic testing now we have found that less than 33% of the sites, we submitted to will take down your link, right away. Obviously we have no control over what the individual sites do or not do.
